@TSB I am going to find another bank. One that keeps its branches open. I have had enough. £10.5 k for this crap service, I don't think so.

@TSB This is no way to run a bank. I have wasted more than enough time trying to log on to your website in recent months. I will travel to Bootle today to pay a bill in the branch and in future if people do not accept debit cards over the phone, they can wait for their money.

Is it me???How can @TSB require security question for a business account, asking for the current balance? Do businesses generally know what customer payments have just been made to an account??? Are we supposed to always have access to this?

@TSB 1 You only open branches at times when people can't get to them. 2 Then you close them because people don't use them. 3 You tell them to use internet banking. 4. When we have problems you say the system is overloaded. We can't help you. F***** Genius.
