Does Lugg work in NYC? ›

Tipping is entirely optional, but if you want to reward your movers for a job well done you'll have the opportunity to do so in our app, right after your Lugg is completed.

After your Lugg is complete, we will then charge the card that's associated with your account. You'll also be prompted to leave a rating & review, and optional tip for your crew the next time you open the Lugg app.

All Luggers will arrive with a dolly of some form, moving blankets, stretch wrap, and a screwdriver/drill with basic bits. If anything specific is needed, the customer should have it available for the crew should they need it. We do not provide moving boxes or mattress covers.

Do I need to be at At Home for pick up? No! Just coordinate with the At Home team on where your items can be held, then head home and relax. We'll arrive, pick up your items, and deliver them to your destination.

We won't charge you for canceling your Lugg.
